Do growlights as they age, reduce in the amount of quality light each bulb emits? If so how does one test a bulb or tell if?when it is time to cahnge them.
I suspect that this may be the case. I have young plants that under bulb 1. were just perfect. On being transfered under bulb 2.after 7 days, all plants are showing yellowing on new growth.
Am I correct in asuming that the light is not performing to full quality?
