humidity? temperature? mixing plant? air circulation?

What are the best humidity and temperature ranges for alicante tomatoes. I am growing in a cupboard using an NFT system.
Also do i need an inlet fan? Can i just keep the doors open a little with an oscillating fan inside the cupboard to circulate the air. Will enough air still be able to get in the cupboard. I am breathing in my room for about ten hours a day so surely the co2 levels will be pretty high.
Will tomatoes grow with herbs like mint and sage in my system?

Alicante is a pretty hardy tomato. If you keep your humidity around 50%-70%, you should be fine. As with most plants, if you keep your temps above 60F, but averaging around 75F, you will be fine.

Air circulation is an often underestimated aspect, as you should provide at least 5-6 hours of constant air flow per day. Keeping the plants moving strengthens the stem walls, making the plant more "solid". The air will also promote pollination, which is never a bad thing.
