nutrients from soil to hydro

Can i use age old organics nutrient solution in a hydroponic system, i used these nutes for soil previously

You should be able to use them just fine, and there should be instructions on the back of the bottles which tell you how much to use.

no u have to stran it through a cheesecloth if you want to use age old in hydro ....great for soil though

Depends on the size of the pot that the plant currently sits in, I've dropped plants up to about 1lt in soil straight into coco without any trouble.
Let the soil become fairly dry, roll the pot firmly between your hands and break up as much soil as possible without doing too much damage to the root system. Remove the plant from the pot and place it into a poly bag, start breaking down as much of the soil as you can next get a bucket and put the plant into it,run the shower on tepid and gently use that to get as much stuff off as possible.
