These state-of-the-art meters have been engineered with a host of features to suit the aggressive environments commonly found in agricultural applications. To make pH Gro'Chek & EC Gro'Chek ideally suited for growers, the housings and cable connections have been sealed against vapor and humidity. False readings due to low batteries as well as frequent battery changes are not an issue with the Gro'chek monitors as they come instead with a 12 VDC power supply included with the meter.
With the TDS and EC Gro'Chek meters' built-in molded eye, you can simply hang the meter right above the sample to be monitored or take it with you for on-site measurements. This advanced meter allows you to select your own setpoint and will alert you to an abnormal situation with a visual LED alarm.
The TDS Gro'Chek (HI 983301) uses the 4-4-2 TDS/EC ratio to meet the requirements of growers. Both TDS Gro'Chek (HI 983301) and EC Gro'Chek (HI 983302) meters come with a probe specifically made for the horticultural & hydroponics industries. The probe compensates for the temperature variation automatically, is easy to clean and very stable needing little maintenance.
HI 983301 TDS Gro'Chek is supplied complete with HI 7634 TDS probe, 12VDC adapter, 1500 ppm calibration solution, calibration key and instructions.
