You can convert microSiemens to PPM by dividing the µS by 2. That would give you a suggested PPM of about 500-700, which should be good for grow, but kick it up to about 800-900 during fruiting.
It doesn't really matter what solution you use, just use the one that you are familiar with. Just apply the grow formula during the grow cycle, and the bloom formula during the bloom cycle. |

I am new in hydroponics. If a lettuce requires 560-840 ppm nutrient concentration, how do I go about mixing? What else do I need to know? |

Your fertilizer directions should let you know what you should expect to get if you put in (for example), 2 tsp. per gallon. You can also measure the mixture with a PPM reader. |
